THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.13383 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 & 5 in harassing the petitioner by calling him to police station and insisting him to settle the land dispute with the respondents 6 to 10 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents 4 & 5 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents herein.
Though the petitioner levelled several allegations in the writ petition, by filing counter affidavits, the Station House Officer, Dachepalli Police Station-4th respondent and the respondents 9 & 10 asserted that they are not interfering with the affairs of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, no orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
