ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly conceded that as asserted in the counter-affidavit filed by the official respondents, the 3rd respondent is protected by the order of this Court dated 25.11.2016 in W.P.No.40955 of 2016, which was passed following the order dated 18.10.2016 of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.5130 of 2016, whereunder the respondents were directed not to take coercive steps pending disposal of the BRS application made by the 3rd respondent herein.

In that view of the matter, it cannot be said that there is contempt on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court on 27.10.2016 in W.P.No.35932 of 2016.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
