HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO C.R.P. No.1667 OF 2016 ORDER:

In the course of hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioners sought permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to exercise their efficacious right of filing statutory appeal against the (exparte) decree and judgment of the trial Court, from the say of said decree and judgment are meritless and unsustainable. Thus while permitting withdrawal, the interim stay granted earlier is extended to be in force for a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order, so that in the meantime the petitioners to exercise their statutory right of appeal to get any orders from the appellate Court.

2) Accordingly and subject to the above observations, revision is dismissed is withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
