THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22027 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notices issued by the respondents on 03.06.2017 to the three petitioners asking them to submit the proof of ownership or lease deed within seven days, failing which action would be taken for disconnection of their power supply on the ground that the earlier power supply was released to them by oversight without verifying the proof of ownership.

Since the impugned notices are only show cause notices asking the petitioners to submit proof of ownership or lease deed, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same, and it is open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 07.07.2017 vs
