Sri S. Madhava Rao, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that the cause in this revision does not survive in view of the stay order granted in ASMP No.433 of 2005 in A.S.No.3398 of 2003 on 01.04.2005 and the same has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
