This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1(r) CPC challenging the orders dated 14.06.2007 passed in I.A.No.2613 of 2006 in I.A.No.1813 of 2005 in O.S.No.1880 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that O.S.No.1880 of 2005 was disposed of long back. He further submitted that in view of disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing this appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the C.M.A. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
