This writ petition is of the year 2002, and as the matter pertains to the transfer of the petitioner, the cause in this writ petition will not survive at this length of time, because no employee will have an eternal right to continue at one particular place. In view of the same, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
