THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19111 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri N.Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for R-2/Municipality.

A perusal of the material available before this Court discloses that for redressal of the grievance of petitioners, they submitted a representation, dated 01.03.2018, to the 2nd respondent-Municipality.

Having regard to the contents of the said representation and taking into account the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 2nd respondent-Municipality to verify the representation, dated 01.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Till the said exercise is done, status quo with regard to the possession of the petitioners' huts shall be maintained.
