When the matter is listed on 12.11.2019, none appeared for the applicant. Thereafter, when the matter is listed on 26.11.2019, there is no representation on behalf of Applicant, as such, this Court directed to post the application under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter is listed to-day, under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears for the Applicant. It shows that the Applicant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently. Hence, the Arbitration Application is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
