Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Civil Revision Petition and prays for liberty to the petitioner to apply for review of the order dated 31.10.2014, impugned in this petition. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner files application for review, I hope and trust that the Court below shall deal with it in accordance with law. All the contentions on merits are kept open.
