SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.14762 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide the present Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction thereby directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to produce the detenu viz., Chilaka Chandra Mouli Reddy, s/o. Chilaka Masthan Reddy, aged 38 years, who is in illegal custody of respondent Nos.3 and 4, before this Court and set him liberty.

The learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents - State, on instructions, submits that the alleged detenu is not under illegal custody, however, he was arrested in connection with Crime No.119 of 2015 of II Town (L & O) Police Station, Rajamahendravaram, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w. 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of A.P. Prize, Chit and Money Circulation Banning Act, 1978 and sent to Judicial custody. 3.

In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
