THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19063 of 2018 A letter, dated 11.06.2018, is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition bringing some more facts to the notice of this Court.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
