None appeared for the respondent even today also. 2.

This writ petition was filed seeking regularization of the services of the petitioners. The petitioners are stated to be casual labour of M/s.Praga Tools Limited, the respondent herein and the company is not working.

In the circumstances, this Court sees no ground to consider the present writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their right as and when cause of action arises.
