HCJ & AAR, J W.P.No. 19092 of 2018 Dt: 31-10-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) On 12-09-2019, Mr. S. Gurjit Singh Sodhi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, was not present before this Court. Therefore, this Court, while adjourning the case to 26.09.2019, clarified that in case the learned counsel does not appear on the next date, this writ petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. On 26-09-2019 also, the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Today also, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
