THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER No.61 s4 0F o RDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of tl:re Code of Criminal Proced.ure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/Al to A6 to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.219 of 2O2L pending on the file of Women Police Station, CCS, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 498-A, 09 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

None appears for the petitioners.

3. This Court on 27 .OI.2O23 granted interim order directing the Police not to arrest these petitioners, however, conclude the investigation. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already notices under Section 4I-A of Cr.P.C. were issued to Accused Nos.l and 2 and the stage of the case before the trial Court is not known.

4. In the said circumstances, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for Non-prosecution. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to question the charge sheet. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
