Alleging that respondents 3 and 4, who are Sub Inspectors of Police, Jammalamadugu Police Station, Kadapa District and Madakasiri Police Station, Ananthapuram District, respectively, are threatening the petitioner and calling him to the police stations and interfering in civil dispute and harassing him to settle the matter with the unofficial respondent No.2, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, produced written instructions of the 4th respondent to the effect that the said respondents never threatened the petitioner and summoned him to the police stations and that they never required the petitioner to settle the civil dispute with the unofficial respondent No.2.

Recording the above statement of the 4th respondent, the writ petition is disposed of.
