THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39194 of 2015 ORDER :

Grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that he had filed an appeal along with stay application on 06.10.2015 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.26.09.2015 of the 3rd respondent canceling his Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization and that the 2nd respondent is not deciding the stay application along with the appeal even though almost two months has elapsed since its filing.

2. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.10.2015 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and that he will also decide the appeal within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 06.10.2015 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he shall also decide the appeal within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
