ORDER
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/de-facto complainant, seeking to direct the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of C.C.No.246 of 2017 along with C.C.No.896 of 2015, within three months, in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.11609 of 2017 dated 27.08.2018.

By order dated 27.08.2018 in Crl.P.No.11609 of 2017, this Court gave direction to the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, to decide and dispose of C.C.Nos.896 of 2015 and 246 of 2017 pending on his file, by recording common evidence, in accordance with law. Further, by order dated 30.08.2019 in Crl.P.No.5438 of 2019, this Court also gave direction to the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of C.C.No.896 of 2015 pending on his file, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Since this Court had already given directions to dispose of the aforesaid C.Cs, it would be appropriate to direct the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District, to dispose of C.C.No.246 of 2017 along with C.C.No.896 of 2015, by recording common evidence, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
