Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that WP.No.3227 of 2006 filed by the legal heirs of original declarant was allowed and the proceedings initiated under Urban Land Ceiling Act were quashed by order dated 01-04-2010. The petitioners in the present case are purchasers from the declarant and as such, the writ petitions are required to be allowed in terms of order in WP.No.3227 of 2006, dated 01-04-2010. The same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. The said fact is also admitted in para No.4 of the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent in WP.No.21814 of 2008, In view of the same, these writ petitions are allowed. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
