HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4671 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition being heard at the admission stage itself. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action for protecting the graveyard land admeasuring Ac.10.21 gts., situated in Sy.No.541 of Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and also not considering the representations made by the petitioner on 16.12.2010, 15.12.2010 and 22.12.2010, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice; and consequently direct the respondents to take appropriate action for protecting the graveyard land. Though various grounds are raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner at the earliest. The learned Government Pleader submits that he has no objection for the same if the same are still pending.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 22.12.2010, if any made by the petitioner to the third respondent seeking protection of graveyard land admeasuring Ac.10.21 gts., situated in Sy.No.541 of Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No
