When the matter is called today, Sri K.V.Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the writ petition has become infructuous and an endorsement is also made to that effect. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
