THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3431 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the order dated 27.04.2011 of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal passed in IA.no.262 of 2011 in OS.no.146 of 2010 filed under Order IX rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to set aside the ex parte decree dated 07.12.2010 in the aforementioned suit. By the said order, the said IA was allowed.

2. This Court, on 06.09.2011, while ordering notice before admission had granted interim stay for a period of six (06) weeks from that day. The note of the Registry would show that as per the telephonic information obtained by the Registry, the suit itself was disposed of on 17.06.2014. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
