THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO Writ Appeal No.965 of 2016 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} As we were satisfied that the order of the Learned Single Judge necessitated being set aside, and were about to record our reasons for doing so, both the learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing on behalf of the appellants and Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-writ petitioner, would submit that, since other contentions urged by both of them, have not been dealt with by the Learned Single Judge, this Court may consider setting aside the order under appeal, and restore the writ petition to file.

As both the learned counsel are in agreement, the order under appeal is set aside, and the writ petition is restored to file. The Learned Single Judge shall hear and decide the writ petition on its merits, without being influenced either by the observations made in the order under appeal or in the order now passed by us. The Writ Appeal stands disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
