This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397, 401 and 70(2) Cr.P.C. challenging the docket order dated 27.09.2016 passed in C.C.No.182 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the II Special Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District whereunder N.B.W was issued against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the trial Court under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C seeking to recall the N.B.W. If the petitioner files an application under Section 70 (2) Cr.P.C, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the said application on the same day in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
