When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners herein, the petitioners submitted a representation dated 22-09-2017 to the 3rd Respondent and a copy of the same is placed on record along with writ petition as a material paper.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd Respondent-Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation that if any such representation is pending consideration, the same will be considered and appropriate action will be taken as per law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 3rd Respondent to verify the representation, dated 22-09-2017, and take action as per law subject to petitioners paying 1/ 4th of the demanded amount within a period of two (2) weeks from today. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
