ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the 'No Confidence Motion' conducted on 22.1.2010 of the
Managing Committee of the 3rd respondent society and consequential proceedings No.1430/A/2009 dated 23.1.2010, issued by the 2nd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and the order passed by the 4th respondent in C.T.A. No.9 of 2010, dated 26.4.2011 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction." At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as the elected term of the petitioner as President of respondent No.3 - society has expired and fresh elections have been held, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.15.6.2011 in W.P.M.P. No.19597 of 2011 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.19597 of 2011 and W.V.M.P. Nos.3068 and 3261 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V.
