Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings (AP) appearing for respondents.
Apprehending that the respondents in the process of formation of road may affect the property of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed.
When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the land occupied by the petitioner is not affected by road widening work and if there is any requirement of the land occupied by the petitioner, the same will be taken over by following due process of law. In view of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
