THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.17075 of 2002 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court on 14.11.2018 in W.P.No.26793 of 2003.

In view of the same and for reasons alike, this Court is of the considered view that ends of justice would be met, if the respondents are directed to deposit 50% of the amount as determined by the Labour Court in I.D.No.284 of 1995 dt.31-07-1988 and the same be permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner-workman. In terms of the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
