O R D E R

Heard both the counsel.

2. Aggrieved by the order and decree dated 29.10.2014 passed by the court of Senior Civil Judge at Visakhapatnam in I.A.No.962/2014 in O.S.No.695/2011 in partly allowing the I.A. and thereby receiving certain documents filed by the plaintiff, the defendant in the suit, filed the present revision.

3. The plaintiff filed the suit seeking eviction of the defendant from the suit schedule property and for delivery of vacant possession and the plaintiff filed I.A.No.485/2013 for receiving of certain documents and the same was allowed on 16.4.2014 and the plaintiff filed the present application seeking receipt of some other documents viz., certificate issued by Vijaya Hospital and Photostat copies of aadhar card and pan card along with other documents, which were already ordered to be received in I.A.No.485/2013. Considering the facts and circumstances, excluding the documents which were allowed to be received in I.A.No.485/2013, allowed the rest of the copies of the documents, subject to production of originals at the time of marking. It is brought to the notice of this court that the said documents were marked on production of originals and the case is coming up for the crossexamination of the defendant. In these circumstances, I do not find any merit in the revision and the same is dismissed. No costs.
