Complaining that the respondent flouted the order dated 06.06.2017 in Writ Petition No. 17802 of 2017, this Contempt Case has been filed.

Today, learned counsel for the parties submit that the order complained of has been complied with.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, as no further orders require to be passed.

The miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
