THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22179 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice dated 02.07.2015 issued by the third respondent entrusting the distribution of essential commodities of the petitioner's fair price shop No.9, Pothunuru Village, Denduluru Mandal of West Godavari District, to fair price shop No.40 of the same Village, without there being any order of suspension or cancellation, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent developments by restoring the authorisation in favour of the petitioner by order dated 21.07.2015, the cause of action does not survive.
