The petitioner is stated to be a leader of Dwacra group called Vijayadurga Mahila Mandali, who was appointed as temporary dealer in respect of shop No.33 of Paleru Village, Bangarupalyam Mandal, Chittoor District, till the filling up of the vacancy on regular basis. Now, a notification is issued on 15.07.2015 inviting applications for filling up of the vacancy on permanent basis.

In the present writ petition, the same is challenged by the petitioner on the ground that no notice was issued to her.

The order of the appointment of the petitioner reads as follows: "In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, Bangarupalyam in the reference read above, Smt. E. Vani, w/o. E. Siva Reddy, Leader of Vijaya Durga Mahila Mandali and resident of paleru village of B. Palyam Mandal is hereby appointed as credible dealer of Paleru village F.P. Shop No.33 on purely temporary basis as stop-gap-arrangement to lift and distribution of ECs to the cardholders of Paleru till the filling up of the vacancy on regular basis.

The appointed temporary credible person would not have any right accrue at the time of filling up of the vacancy on regular basis. She will be terminated at nay time without prior notice."

In view of the above order of appointment, it is very clear that the appointment of the petitioner was stop-gap-arrangement till the filling up of the vacancy on regular basis. Now, through notification dated 15.07.2015, the concerned authorities are filling up of the vacancy on regular basis by inviting applications and following the procedure.

In the circumstances, this Court sees no reason to admit the writ petition and is accordingly dismissed at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall

stand closed.
