This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 & A.3 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.23 of 2017 of Sarpavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 344, 498-A, 323, 506 r/w 34 I.P.C.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State.

In spite of several adjournments, the petitioners are not ready to proceed with the adjudication of this application. From this, it appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. 4.
