This Company Application has been taken out to condone the delay of 3377 days in filing the claim and direct the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the matter by accepting Form No. 66 filed by the Applicant Company.

Since the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator expressed no objection, the delay of 3377 days in filing the claim is condoned, subject to the applicant paying Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, in ten days.
