ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.1225/03/L3/Plg, dated 22.01.2005, of respondent No.3, whereby he has rejected the petitioner's request for withdrawal of the earlier agreement and cancellation of BLP.

After making a strong bid to convince this Court to entertain the writ petition and upon realizing that this Court is reluctant to accept his request, Mr.Ravi Cheemalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate relief either in the existing suit filed for injunction or by filing a fresh suit. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45566 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________
