No representation for petitioner. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

The Assistant Government Pleader refers to Proceedings ROC No.1714/ 2015-G11, dated 18.04.2018 and the operative portion reads as follows :- " In view of the above orders of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.41062/ 2016 dt.01.12.2016 & C.C.No.636/ 2017, the cheque drawing powers to Smt.M.Nalini, Sarpanch, Gangannapalem Gram Panchayat in Chilakaluripet Mandal is hereby restored and she is permitted to operate on the funds of gram panchayat as usual."
