These revision petitions, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, are filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the common order dated 04.04.2018 passed in I.A.Nos.378 and 379 of 2018 in O.S.No.349 of 2006 respectively by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, wherein the Court below allowed the applications filed by defendant Nos.8 and 9 to reopen and recall P.W.1 to P.W.4.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the record.

The Court below allowed the applications filed by defendant Nos.8 and 9 to reopen and recall P.W.1 to P.W.4 by assigning reasons for delay and laches on the side of the parties. When there are no grave laches in filing the applications, the Court below is justified in allowing the applications. There are no merits in the Civil Revision Petitions and are liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. The costs imposed in the interlocutory applications shall be set off. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
