This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner for interview to be held on 13.11.2002 or any other subsequent date in pursuance of notification Dt.28.04.2001 to the post of LDC/Typist and pass such other order or orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit...."

This Court, on 13.11.2002, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction, directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to attend interview on 13.11.2002.
