Ms. K.Soujanya, learned counsel, appearing for Sri P. Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that I.A.No.1 of 2019 is filed seeking permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
