THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12324 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.431 of 2015 of Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are entitled to avail the remedies available to them under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
