HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.19304 2017 ORDER:
The prayer is that the 2nd respondent having issued a notice Rc.No.D/ 151/ 2010 dated 03.02.2017, is not disposing of the appeal. Hence, he prays for appropriate directions.
2. From the record, it is evident that 2nd respondent ordered notice and has further fixed the date of hearing on 18.02.2017 at 11 a.m. and the appeal could not be proceeded with and completed.
3. I am satisfied having regard to particular fact situation of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to hear the parties and dispose of the appeal Rc.No.D/ 151/ 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
