Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have stopped the construction after filing of this Contempt Case and thereby complied with the order dated 23.02.2017 passed in WP.No.6387 of 2017 which was extended on 03.03.2017.

Recording the aforesaid submission, Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
