HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 1005 OF 2015

PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) On 30.07.2015, we passed the following order: "Learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to paginate the Court's paper book and see that pagination matches with his copy before the next date."

Till today, learned counsel for the petitioner has not paginated the Court's paper book. Today, Sri Ch.V. Raman, learned counsel holding for Sri Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, advocate for the petitioner, seeks adjournment stating that Sri Narasimha Rao Gudiseva has some personal difficulty. In normal course we would have certainly accommodated learned counsel for the petitioner, but till today, he has not paginated the Court's paper book. Keeping that in view, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly.
