THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22247 OF 2019 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioners is that the appeal filed by the petitioners before the 3rd respondent under Section 10 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 on 03.10.2019, along with stay application, against the order of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.B/1561/2019 dt.18.09.2019, is not being disposed of and in the meanwhile the respondents-authorities are trying to dispossess the petitioners.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 03.10.2019 against the order of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.B/1561/2019 dt.18.09.2019 within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioners and communicate his decision to the petitioners. Till then, status quo regarding possession shall be maintained. 4.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
