Sri N.Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused, submits that transfer was sought for with regard to C.C. No.119 of 2009 and, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file fresh Petition after renumbering of C.C. No.119 of 2009 by the transferee Court.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
