Order:

Heard Sri I.Koti Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Special Counsel for the 4th respondent-MGNREGS.

2. The petitioner, who is a Field Assistant, was kept under suspension by order dated 27-4-2015 pending disciplinary proceedings. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was kept under suspension on trivial charges and the 3rd respondent-Project Director is not taking any steps to complete the enquiry within a reasonable time.

3. Under these circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondentProject Director, DWMA, Nellore to complete the enquiry within a period of one month and pass final orders, failing which the order of suspension dated 27-4-2015 passed against the petitioner shall stand revoked. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
