HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 5426 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner by granting stagnation increment after completion of 12 years from the date of his initial appointment and by granting Grade-I increment in the post of Conductor and by restoring the deferred increments after completion of period of punishments.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered, against the petitioner herein, by the judgment of the Apex Court in A.P.S.R.T.C. and another Vs. S. Narsagoud1.
