Heard the counsel for petitioner and Sri Abhinand Kumar Shavili, counsel for respondents.

In this Writ Petition, the petitioners have challenged an award dt.29.08.2005 in I.D.No.141 of 2004 passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunalcum-Labour Court, Hyderabad, directing the petitioners to absorb the 2nd respondent under direct payment system in terms of Circular dt.05.11.1997.

Both the counsel state that the award dt.29.08.2005 is a common award passed in several Industrial disputes raised by persons like the 2nd respondent and one such award dt.29.08.2005 in I.D.No.141 of 2004 was confirmed in WP.No.538 of 2006 dt.04.04.2014 by a learned Single Judge of this Court, and it was also confirmed by a Division Bench of this Court by order dt.10.10.2014 in W.A.No.1311 of 2014. 4.

In this view of the matter, and for reasons alike, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 5.
