When the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Education submits that the cause in the above writ petition does not survive, as regular Principal has been appointed by the respondent-management. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
