In the present writ petition, petitioner is obviously seeking enforcement of the order passed in I.A.No.123 of 2017 in O.S.No.62 of 2017 dated 2.5.2017 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet, Nalgonda district. Such course of action, in the considered opinion of this Court is impermissible as the petitioner has effective remedy by way of filing application before the Court concerned for necessary police aid. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
